Full Circle by J.man is located along Leng Kee Road, the former Thye Hong Biscuit confectionary factory, now Thye Hong Centre. It is a semi-fine dining restaurant which serves Progressive Asian Cuisine by Chef Jay Teo.
The dining experience is in an intimate setting and boasts an exquisite menu of flavours that are nostalgic yet new. Our warm and welcoming service will set you at ease, and fully immerse you and your dining companions to be fully immersed in an enriching and relaxing time away from the bustle of the day.
The logo for Full Circle symbolizes Chef Jay’s journey, from culinary school as a trainee, to a fully-fledged Chef, and back to being an instructor, completing a FULL CIRCLE. The stray end of the circle symbolizes the start of a new journey and a new beginning.

Chef Jay Teo’s Bio
Chef Jay’s passion for food began at the age of sixteen while working as a part time chef in the kitchen.
He believes food connects people and that remains the driving force behind his culinary journey today.
After graduating with a diploma in engineering, he decided to pursue his true passion, Culinary – through enrolling in Shatec. He was then awarded a scholarship to Spain and emerged champion for the 8th Spanish Gastronomy competition. In Spain, he trained at one Michelin-starred restaurant, La Botica Matapozuelos, where he honed his skills. Under the mentorship of Chef Miguel Angel De La Cruz, he deepened his understanding and appreciation of ingredients, enabling him to innovate with confidence.
When Chef Jay returned to Singapore, his first job was at Cheek by Jowl, where he climbed his way up from Commis to Head Chef. Cheek by Jowl was later rebranded Cheek Bistro where he was also Head Chef. The knowledge he acquired under the mentorship of Chef Rishi Naleendra at Cheek by Jowl has empowered him to bring his unique take on food to the table.
